Today some special pieces were installed in my client’s living room. This particular interior has the pedigree of being the former personal home of Frank Lloyd Wright protegee William Adair Bernoudy. Today, a Paul McCobb cocktail table of Philippine Mahogany with a travertine top and brass frame was delivered. I sourced the table for my client from Pittsburgh & made a road trip myself to pick it up. Also included in today’s delivery were a pair of chairs that originally belonged to my client’s uncle in California. We re-imagined them in lacquer with linen seats and had brass inlayed into the legs. A small adornment that adds a finishing touch like a pair of cufflinks. I’ll share more detailed photos of this project in the future as well as some of the inspirations behind it and history of the interior.
